These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our public website at www.promiseandparadise.com ("Website") and our mobile and web application (the "App"), together referred to as the "Services," operated by HVN by promise and paradise ("we," "us," or "our").

3. Use of the App

HVN by promise and paradise is a Christian women's community space offering devotionals, prayer support, book circles, study journeys, and related spiritual content.

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App in a way that is respectful, kind, and consistent with the values of the community.

Some features may require an internet connection, an account, or a paid subscription.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity that happens under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Pricing

Some content and features in the App are available through one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions. Prices are shown in the App at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal will be charged to the payment method on file.

One-time series purchases unlock the entire purchased series for ongoing access, subject to these Terms.

Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers (such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or RevenueCat). Their terms apply in addition to ours.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or the platform you originally subscribed through (such as the App Store or Google Play). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will continue to have access until then.

Refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods or for one-time purchases once content has been accessed, except where required by law or by the platform you purchased through.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Website and the App — including text, devotionals, study materials, illustrations, audio, video, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Promise & Paradise and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the content for your personal, non-commercial spiritual growth. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, modify, or publicly display our content without our prior written permission.

8. User Content

You may share prayer requests, reflections, comments, and other contributions ("User Content") within the App. You retain ownership of your User Content.

By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

You are responsible for the User Content you share. Please do not post anything you do not have the right to share, anything that violates the privacy of others, or anything that conflicts with these Terms.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Services to: (a) post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, harmful, or sexually explicit; (b) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Services or any servers or networks; (e) use the Services for spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation without our permission; or (f) violate any applicable law or regulation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

HVN by promise and paradise is a community for spiritual encouragement and reflection. The content provided is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HVN by promise and paradise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.
