Please include a short description of what's happening. If you're reporting a bug, let us know your device (iPhone model, iOS version) so we can help faster.
Common questions
- I forgot my password. Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen and we'll email you a reset link.
- I want to delete a prayer I posted. Open the prayer, then tap the "Delete" button at the top of the detail view.
- I'm not getting notifications. Check your phone's notification settings for HVN by promise and paradise, then open the app's Notification Preferences in your Profile.
- I want to leave a circle. Open the circle, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Leave circle."
Report something inappropriate
If you see content that violates our community guidelines, please email hello@promiseandparadise.com with the subject line "Report Content". Include the name of the member and a short description of what you saw. We review every report within 24 hours.
Delete your account
From inside the app: open the Profile tab, scroll to Settings, and tap Delete Account. Confirm when prompted. Your account, prayers, reflections, check-ins, and messages are removed immediately.
Don't have the app installed? Email hello@promiseandparadise.com from the address on your account with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and we'll remove your account within 7 days.
Account deletion cannot be undone.
